Is an RGO a freelancer or a full staff member?
Your RGO is employed and managed by Think Expand — not a freelancer you manage yourself. We pay them, train them, and monitor their performance. From your side, they function like a dedicated staff member working on your business daily. The key difference: we carry all the HR, training and management responsibility.
What if I don't like my RGO?
You get a 2-day assessment period to test your RGO with real tasks. If you're not satisfied, we replace them within 7 business days at no cost. After the initial placement, you can request a replacement at any time — all replacements are completely free, no questions asked.
What's the difference between remote and in-house?
Remote RGOs work from their own location using their own equipment and communicate with you via WhatsApp, Slack or email. In-house RGOs come to your office daily during working hours. Who pays for ads, SMS credits and tools?
